Santa's Hayride to the North Pole at Bear Valley Farms


Santa is coming to town! Starting November 24th every Friday and Saturday evening from 4pm to 8pm at Bear Valley Farms Santa's Hayride to the North Pole.

Come and witness our thousands of beautiful Christmas lights, wonderful decorations including reindeer, angels, giant snowmen, teddy bears that give hugs, nutcrackers and much more!

Enjoy a complimentary cup of cocoa by the warmth of our fire pit or in front of the fireplace in our mini theater while watching Christmas classics like The Polar Express. We will also have other activities like writing letters to Santa and book readings from one of our elves.

You will then board your hayride where you will be transported through our enchanted farm to The North Pole where you will be greeted by Ms. Claus and her elves then treated to cookies and cocoa as you wait for your encounter with the head elf himself, Santa Claus!



"The English Beat" at The Cave


The Cave is a new, intimate music venue in Big Bear that promises to bring you up close and personal with its performers. Doors open at 6:30 pm Concert starts at 7:30 pm. Headliner at 9:00 pm

Christmas in the Village with Santa and Mrs. Claus


Christmas in the Village with Santa and Mrs. Claus. The Village of Big Bear Lake presents Christmas in the Village every Saturday and Sunday up to December 24th. Visit Santa and Mrs Claus at the Christmas Tree Lot from 10-4pm at the Corner of Pine Knot Blvd and Village Drive as well as all the shops and restaurants throughout the Village that will be open all day into the evening.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm from November 25th until December 24th.

Join us to learn easy and simple techniques to create your own beautiful dyed silks at home! In this workshop you will walk away with an original dyed scarf. All materials to make one scarf included for $20 Bring your friends!

USASA Rail Jam at Bear Mountain


The USASA hosts 500+ Snowboard and Freeski events annually at approximately 120 ski resorts in the U.S. The USASA National Championships are held annually at Copper Mountain, Colorado and span twelve days with over 1800 participants. The USASA National Championship is the largest snowboard and freeskiing event in the world, and has been held consistently by the USASA for 27 years.
